Lin Li received his M. S. and Ph. D degree in Condensed Matter Physics from State Key Laboratory of Luminescence and Applications, Changchun Institute of Optics Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun, China, in 2007 and 2010, respectively. He was a postdoctoral research staff in school of electrical and computer engineering of the University of Oklahoma from 2010 to 2012. He is currently an associate professor on fabrication and characterization of ultraviolet photodetectors in Key Laboratory for Photonic and Electronic Bandgap Materials, Ministry of Education, School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, Harbin Normal University, Harbin, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 30 journal papers.
